In 2010, he made a life-changing decision to leave the corporate world and pursue entrepreneurship. This bold step led to the creation of Grow With Hemi, a pioneering coaching program that guides professionals in pivoting from employment to entrepreneurship. The program’s success spanned Australia to Asia, and formed the basis of his international best-seller, Fire Your Boss, which is now recognized as a blueprint for personal transformation.
